On the message and order, referred October 21, 2015 Docket #1659, to declare surplus City-owned former Public Works Department parcel property known as Washburn Street, Dorchester (711 square feet of vacant land) to transfer care, custody, management and control of said property to the Public Facilities Commission, the Committee submitted a report recommending the order ought to pass. The report was accepted; the order was passed; yeas 13.
