Councilors Zakim, Jackson, Murphy, McCarthy, O’Malley, Pressley, Wu, Yancey, Flaherty, Ciommo and Linehan offered the following: Order that pursuant to M.G.L. c. 233, s. 8 the Boston City Council's Committee of the Whole summons Anwar Faisal to appear before the Committee on Housing on August 13, 2014 at 11:00am to discuss Alpha's business practices, its relationship with Northeastern, and the recent findings of the Office of Fair Housing and Equity. On motion of Councilor Zakim, the rules were suspended; the order was passed; yeas 13.
