On the message and order referred on April 9, 2014 Docket #0656, for a loan of One Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($1,750,000.00) from the Surplus Property Disposition Fund, credited to the Capital fund for the demolition of and/ or site improvements to the following three properties for the purpose of the Department of Neighborhood Development: 65 East Cottage Street in Dorchester, 71-79 Interval Street in Dorchester, and 174 West Second Street in South Boston, the Committee submitted a report recommending the order ought to be read once and passed. The report was accepted; the order was read once and passed; yeas 13. Assigned for further action.
