Councilor Ciommo called Docket #0636, message and order authorizing the City to enter into one or more lease, lease-purchase or installment sales agreements in FY2015 in an amount not to exceed Ten Million One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($10,100,000.00) for various City departments for the acquisition of equipment in furtherance of their respective governmental functions, from the Assignment sheet. Hearing no objection, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was read a second time and again passed; yeas 13.
