Councilor Ciommo called Docket #0656, message and order for a loan of One Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($1,750,000.00) from the Surplus Property Disposition Fund, credited to the Capital fund for the demolition of and/or site improvements to the following three properties for the purposes of the Department of Neighborhood Development: 65 East Cottage Street in Dorchester, 71-79 Interval Street in Dorchester, and 174 West Second Street in South Boston, from the Assignment sheet. Hearing no objection, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was read a second time and again passed; yeas 13.
