Councilor Ciommo called Docket #0655, message and order for a loan of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($3,500,000.00) from the Surplus Property Disposition Fund, credited to the Capital Fund for the demolition of and/or site improvements to the Winthrop Square Garage at 115 Federal Street, from the Assignment sheet. Hearing no objection, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was read a second time and again passed; yeas 13.
