Councilor Ciommo called Docket #0653, message and order amending an appropriation order that would raise the amount from Seven Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ( $710,000.00) to One Million Four Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($1,415,000.00) for the purposes of planting shade trees, planning, designing, acquiring land for, constructing and originally equipping structures and facilities it is authorized to construct, and for remodeling, reconstructing, or making major alterations, additions and repairs to existing facilities including original equipment and landscaping, paving and other site improvements incidental or directly related to such remodeling, reconstruction or repair, for the purposes of city departments including the Parks and Recreation Department, from the Assignment sheet. Hearing no objection, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was read a second time and again passed; yeas 13.
