Councilor Ciommo called Docket #0649, message and order amending an appropriation order that would raise the amount from Fourteen Million Seven Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Dollars ($14,745,000.00) to Seventy-Four Million Seven Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars ($74,740,000.00) for the purpose of remodeling, reconstructing, or making extraordinary repairs to public building owned by the City, including original equipment, furnishings and landscaping, paving and other site improvements incidentals or directly related to such remodeling and reconstruction or repair; and/or for energy conservation, alternative energy or renewable energy improvements to public building or facilities, and/or for the cost of departmental equipment; and/or for the installation of safety alarm systems, including extending and improving such installation, for the purpose of city departments including the Library Department, from the Assignment sheet. Hearing no objection, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was read a second time and again passed; yeas 13.
