Councilor Ciommo called Docket #0648, message and order for a loan of Four Hundred and Eighty Thousand Dollars ($480,000.00) in aid of the Boston Redevelopment Authority for defraying such part of the cost of the development, renovation, modernization, acquisition, purchase and certain operations relative to the Urban Renewal Charlestown Navy Yard Project as will not be met by loans (other than temporary loans) or by contributions or grants from the federal government or any other source, from the Assignment sheet. Hearing no objection, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was read a second time and again passed; yeas 13.
