Councilor Ciommo called Docket #0646, message and order for a loan of One Million Five Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($1,515,000.00) for acquiring land, or interests therein, for any purpose for which the city is or may hereafter be authorized to acquire land or interests therein, not otherwise specifically provide for and for the construction of buildings , or for additions to such building where such additions increase the floor space of said buildings, including the cost of original equipment and furnishings of said builds or additions; and/or for remodeling, reconstructing, or making extraordinary repairs to public buildings owned by the City, including original equipment, furnishings and landscaping, paving and other site improvements incidental or directly related to such remodeling, reconstruction or repair; and/or for the development, design, purchase and installation of computer hardware and other data processing equipment; and/or for the development, design and purchase of computer software incident to the purchase, installation or operation of computer hardware and other date processing equipment; and/or for the cost of engineering or architectural services for plans and specifications, for the purposes of city departments including the Emergency Management Department, from the Assignment sheet. Hearing no objection, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was read a second time and again passed; yeas 13.
