Councilor Ciommo called Docket #0645, message and order for a loan of Two Million Seventy Thousand Dollars ($2,070,000.00) for traffic signal or public lighting installation including extending and improving such installations; and/or for the cost of department equipment, for the purpose of city departments including Public Works Department, from the Assignment sheet. Hearing no objection, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was read a second time and again passed; yeas 13.
