Councilor Ciommo called Docket #0643, message and order for a loan of Ten Million Five Hundred Five Thousand Dollars ($10,505,000.00) for remodeling, reconstructing, or making extraordinary repairs to public buildings owned by the City including original equipment, furnishings and landscaping , paving and other site improvements incidental or directly related to such remolding, reconstruction of repairs: and/or for energy conservation, alternative energy or renewable energy improvements to public buildings and facilities, and/or for the cost of departmental equipment; and/or for the cost of departmental equipment; and or for the installation of safety alarm systems, including extending and improving such installations, for the purpose of City departments including the School Department, from the Assignment sheet. Hearing no objection, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was read a second time and again passed; yeas 13.
