On the message and order referred on April 9, 2014 Docket #0648 for a loan of Four Hundred and Eighty Thousand Dollars ($480,000.00) in aid of the Boston Redevelopment Authority for defraying such part of the cost of the development, renovation, modernization, acquisition, purchase and certain operations relative to the Urban Renewal Charlestown Navy Yard Project as will not be met by loans (other than temporary loans) or by contributions or grants from the federal government or any other source, the Committee submitted a report recommending the order ought to be read once and passed. The report was accepted; the order was read once and passed; yeas 13. Assigned for further action.
