Councilor Ciommo called Docket #0679, for a loan of Twenty-Three Million Four Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($23,430,000.00) for constructing or reconstructing bridges of stone or of iron superstructure; and/or for the cost of engineering or architectural services for plans and specifications, for the purposes of various city departments including the Public Works Department, from the Assignment sheet. Hearing no objection, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was read a second time and again passed; yeas 13.
