Councilor Ciommo called Docket #0670, for a loan in the amount of Twenty One Million Five Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Dollars ($21,555,000.00) for the development , design, purchase and installation of computers hardware, other data processing equipment and computer assisted integrated financial management and accounting systems; and /or for the development, design and purchase of computer software incident to the purchase, installation or operation of computer hardware, other data processing equipment and computer assisted integrated financial management and accounting systems; and/or for the cost of departmental equipment, for the purpose of various city departments including the Department of Innovation and Technology and the School Department, from the Assignment sheet. Hearing no objection, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was read a second time and again passed; yeas 12 Nays 1 (Yancey).
