Councilor Ciommo called Docket #0669, for a loan of Four Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ($460,000.00) in aid of the Boston Redevelopment Authority for defraying such part of the cost of development, renovation, modernization, acquisition, purchase and certain operations relative to the Urban Renewal Charlestown Navy Yard Project, from the Assignment sheet. Hearing no objection, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was read a second time and again passed; yeas 12 nays 1 (Yancey).
