On the message and order, referred on April 8, 2015 Docket #0676, for a loan of Twenty Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Dollars ($20,995,000.00) for the original construction of public ways or the extension or widening thereof, including land damages and the cost of pavement and sidewalks laid at the time of said construction, or for the construction of stone, block, brick, cement concrete, bituminous concrete, bituminous macadam or other permanent pavement of similar lasting character, or for the original construction, surfacing or resurfacing of municipally owned and operated off-street parking areas; and/or for the construction of sidewalks of brick, bituminous concrete, stone or concrete, installing macadam pavement or other road material, for resurfacing municipally owned and operated off-street parking areas with pavement or other road material; and/or for the cost of engineering or architectural services for plans and specifications; and/or for traffic signal or public lighting installations, for the purposes of various city departments including the Public Works and Transportation Departments, the Committee submitted a report recommending the order ought to be read once and passed.
