On the message and order, referred on April 8, 2015 Docket #0670, for a loan in the amount of Twenty One Million Five Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Dollars ($21,555,000.00) for the development , design, purchase and installation of computers hardware, other data processing equipment and computer assisted integrated financial management and accounting systems; and /or for the development, design and purchase of computer software incident to the purchase, installation or operation of computer hardware, other data processing equipment and computer assisted integrated financial management and accounting systems; and/or for the cost of departmental equipment, for the purpose of various city departments including the Department of Innovation and Technology and the School Department, the Committee submitted a report recommending the order ought to be read once and passed.
