On the message and order, referred on April 8, 2015 Docket #0669, for a loan of Four Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ($460,000.00) in aid of the Boston Redevelopment Authority for defraying such part of the cost of development, renovation, modernization, acquisition, purchase and certain operations relative to the Urban Renewal Charlestown Navy Yard Project, the Committee submitted a report recommending the order ought to be read once and passed.
