On the message and order, referred April 8, 2015, Docket #0665, authorizing the City to enter into one or more lease, lease-purchase or installment sales agreements in FY2016 in an amount not to exceed Twenty Six Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars ($26,900,000.00) for various City departments for the acquisition of equipment in furtherance of their respective governmental functions, the Committee submitted a report recommending the order ought to be read once and passed.
