On the message and order, referred on February 25, 2015 Docket #0378, authorizing the issuance of tax-exempt refunding bonds in a principal amount not to exceed Sixty-Five Million Dollars ($65,000,000.00) in order to pay the principal, redemption premium, if any, and interest on the bonds or other obligations to be refunded and costs of issuance of the refunding bonds, the Committee submitted a report recommending the order ought to pass. The report was accepted; the order was passed; yeas 13.
