Councilor Yancey called Docket #0215, order for a loan of $115,000,000 for the planning, designing, acquiring land for, constructing and originally equipping structures and facilities and for remodeling, reconstructing, or making major alterations, additions, and major repairs to existing facilities including original equipment and landscaping, including the planting of shade trees, paving and other site improvements incidental or directly related to such remodeling, reconstruction or repair for the purposes of the School Department, (High School in Mattapan), from the Committee on Ways and Means. No objection being heard, the matter was before the body. Councilor Yancey requested that the order have its first reading. (Recess) Councilor Ciommo moved that the order be laid on table until after June 3rd hearing. Councilor LaMattina seconded. The motion prevailed; yeas 7; nays 6 (Councilors Arroyo, Baker, Connolly, Jackson, Pressley and Yancey).
