Message and order approving an appropriation of Four Million Three Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars($4,390,000.00) from the Surplus Property Disposition Fund , credited to the Capital Fund for the Eliot School expansion and renovation project for the cost of engineering or architectural services for plans and specification; and/or for the construction of buildings, or for additions to such building, including the cost of original equipment and furnishings of said building; and/or for remodeling, reconstructing, or making extraordinary repairs to public buildings owned by the City, including original equipment and landscaping, paving and other site improvements incidental or directly related to such remodeling, reconstruction or repair for the purposes of city departments including Property and Construction Management and Boston Public Schools.
