Message and order to declare surplus of a portion of Franklin Street, Brighton, approximately 3,677+sq.ft from Braintree Street, which is shown on a plan of land entitled “City of Boston, Public Works Department, Engineering Division, Discontinuance Plan, is hereby authorized to convey the said portion area by a Release Deed in form satisfactory to the Corporation Counsel, to certain abutters.
