Councilor Ciommo called Docket #0542, message and order for a loan of Three Million Thirty Thousand Dollars ($3,030,000.00), for making energy conservation, alternative energy or renewable energy improvements to public buildings or facilities owned or leased by the City, or on property owned or leased by the City, for the purposes of city departments including the Environment Department, from the Assignment List. Hearing no objection, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was read a second time and again passed; yeas 13.
