Councilor Ciommo called Docket #0539, message and order for a loan of Three Million Seven Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Dollars ($3,755,000.00), for the acquisition of departmental equipment, for the purposes of city departments including the Fire Department, from the Assignment List. Hearing no objection, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was read a second time and again passed; yeas 13.
