Councilor Ciommo called Docket #0535, message and order for a loan of Sixteen Million Nine Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($16,915,000.00), for remodeling, reconstructing, or making extraordinary repairs to public buildings owned by the City, including original equipment and landscaping, paving and other site improvements incidental or directly related to such remodeling, reconstruction or repair; and/or for the development, design, purchase and installation of computer hardware, other data processing equipment and computer assisted integrated financial management and accounting systems; and/or for the development, design and purchase of computer software incident to the purchase, installation or operation of computer hardware, other data processing equipment and computer assisted integrated financial management and accounting systems, for the purposes of city departments including the School Department, from the Assignment List. Hearing no objection, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was read a second time and again passed; yeas 13.
