On the message and order, referred on April 11, 2012 Docket #0547, for authorizing the issuance of tax-exempt refunding bonds in a principal amount not to exceed One Hundred Thirty Million Dollars ($130,000,000.00) in order to pay the principal, redemption premium and interest on the bonds to be refunded, and costs of issuance of the refunding bonds, the Committee submitted a report recommending the order be read once and passed. The order was read once and passed; yeas 13. Assigned for further action.
