On the message and order, referred on April 11, 2012 Docket #0538, for a loan of Ten Million Four Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars ($10,440,000.00), for the construction of municipal outdoor recreational and athletic facilities, including the acquisition and development of land and the construction and reconstruction of facilities; and/or for the acquisition of departmental equipment; and/or for developing land for burial purposes and for constructing paths and avenues and embellishing the grounds in city-owned cemeteries, for the purposes of the Boston Redevelopment Authority and city departments including the Parks and Recreation and School Departments, the Committee submitted a report recommending the order be read once and passed.
