On the message and order, referred on April 11, 2012 Docket #0536, for a loan of Fifteen Million Five Hundred Five Thousand Dollars ($15,505,000.00), for the development, design, purchase and installation of computer hardware, other data processing equipment and computer assisted integrated financial management and accounting systems; and/or for the development, design and purchase of computer software incident to the purchase, installation or operation of computer hardware, other data processing equipment and computer assisted integrated financial management and accounting systems; and/or for the acquisition of departmental equipment, for the purposes of city departments including the Department of Innovation and Technology and School Department, the Committee submitted a report recommending the order be read once and passed.
