On the message and order, referred on October 19, 2011 Docket #1383, authorizing the Department of Neighborhood Development to apply for, accept and expend Federal Fiscal Year 2011 Shelter Plus Grant funds in the amount of Seven Million Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($7,400,000.00) from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Committee submitted a report recommending the order ought to pass. The report was accepted; the order was passed; yeas 13.
