On the message and order, referred on September 14, 2011 Docket #1224, approving an appropriation of Ten Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Two Hundred Forty-Five Dollars ($10,250,245.00) to fund costs related to the repair and replacement of roofs and/or boiler systems at five school facilities which have been approved by the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) under the Green Repair Program, the Committee submitted a report recommending the order be read once and passed. On motion of Councilor Ciommo; the order was passed. Councilor Ciommo moved reconsideration. Reconsideration prevailed. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was read once and passed, and was assigned for further action; yeas 12, nays 0. Absent or not voting (Councilor Pressley).
