Councilor Ciommo called Docket #0544, message and order for a loan of Six Million Two Hundred Sixty Thousand ($6,260,000.00), for traffic signal, or public lighting installations, and for the purpose of extending and improving such installations, and/or for the cost of engineering or architectural services for plans and specification for the purposes of city departments including the Public Works and Transportation Department, from the Assignment List. Hearing no objection, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was read a second time and again passed; yeas 13.
