Councilor Ciommo called Docket #0542, message and order for a loan of Eight Million Three Thirty Thousand Dollars ($8,330,000.00), for the construction of municipal outdoor recreational and athletic facilities, including the acquisition and development of land and the construction and reconstruction of facilities and/or for the cost of engineering or architectural services for plans and specifications, for the purposes of city departments including the Parks and Recreation, , from the Assignment List. Hearing no objection, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was read a second time and again passed; yeas 13.
