Councilor Ciommo called Docket #0540, message and order for a loan of Fourteen Million Five Hundred Forty Five Thousand Dollars ($14,545,000.00), for the development, design, purchase and installation of computer hardware, other data processing equipment and computer assisted integrated financial management and accounting systems; and/or for the development, design and purchase of computer software incident to the purchase, installation or operation of computer hardware, other data processing equipment and computer assisted integrated financial management and accounting systems; and/or for the acquisition of departmental equipment, for the purposes of city departments including the Department of Innovation and Technology and School Department, from the Assignment List. Hearing no objection, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was read a second time and again passed; yeas 13.
