Councilor Ciommo called Docket #0544, message and order for a loan of Six Million Two Hundred Sixty Thousand ($6,260,000.00), for traffic signal, or public lighting installations, and for the purpose of extending and improving such installations, and/or for the cost of engineering or architectural services for plans and specification for the purposes of city departments including the Public Works and Transportation Department, from the Committee on Ways and Means. No objection being heard, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was read once and passed; yeas 12, nays 0. Absent or not voting 1 (Pressley). Assigned for further action.
