Councilor Ciommo called Docket #0542, message and order for a loan of Eight Million Three Thirty Thousand Dollars ($8,330,000.00), for the construction of municipal outdoor recreational and athletic facilities, including the acquisition and development of land and the construction and reconstruction of facilities and/or for the cost of engineering or architectural services for plans and specifications, for the purposes of city departments including the Parks and Recreation, from the Committee on Ways and Means. No objection being heard, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was read once and passed; yeas 12, nays 0. Absent or not voting 1 (Pressley). Assigned for further action.
