Councilor Ciommo called Docket #0538, message and order for a loan of Nineteen Million One Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars ($19,140,000.00), for remodeling, reconstructing, or making extraordinary repairs to public buildings owned by the City, including original equipment and landscaping, paving and other site improvements incidental or directly related to such remodeling, reconstruction or repair, for the purposes of city departments including the School Department, from the Committee on Ways and Means. No objection being heard, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was read once and passed; yeas 12, nays 0. Absent or not voting 1 (Pressley). Assigned for further action.
