Councilor Ciommo called Docket #0535, message and order authorizing the City to enter into one or more lease, lease-purchase or installment sales agreements in FY2012 in an amount not to exceed Twenty Four Million Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars ($24,700,000.00) and in FY2013 in an amount not to exceed Twenty Four Million Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars ($24,700,000.00) for various City departments for the acquisition of equipment in furtherance of their respective governmental functions, from the Committee on Ways and Means. No objection being heard, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was read once and passed; yeas 12, nays 0. Absent or not voting 1 (Pressley). Assigned for further action.
