Ciommo called Docket #0534, message and order approving an appropriation of $35,000,000.00 (Thirty Five Million Dollars) to the Other Post Employment Benefits (OPEB) Liability Trust Fund established under Section 20 of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 32B, from the Committee on Ways and Means. No objection being heard, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was rejected without prejudice; yeas 12, nays 0. Absent or not voting 1 (Pressley).
