On the message and order, referred on May 4, 2011 Docket #0595, approving the City of Boston’s application to the Massachusetts Economic Assistance Coordinating Council for Certified Project Status of the Fan Pier development to be located at 50 Northern Avenue and 11 Fan Pier Boulevard (a portion of the City of Boston Assessing Parcel 06/020675/021, in South Boston Waterfront neighborhood, and for approval of a Tax Increment Financing Plan, including a Tax Increment Financing Agreement regarding real estate taxes between the City and Vertex and the owner of the land, the Committee submitted a report recommending the order ought to pass.
