On the message and order, referred on January 26, 2011, Docket #0170, approving an amendment to an appropriation of Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000.00) for the development, design, purchase, installation and operation of computer hardware, computer software, other data processing equipment and computer assisted integrated financial management and accounting systems, for the purposes of the State-Boston Retirement Board in managing the State-Boston Retirement System (“SBRS”), the Committee submitted a report recommending the order ought to pass in a new draft. The report was accepted; the order was passed in a new draft. Councilor Yancey moved reconsideration of Docket No. 0170. The order was read once and passed, yeas 12, nays 0. Assigned for further action.
