Councilor Ciommo called Docket #0549, message and order for a loan of $5,655,000.00 (Five Million Six Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Dollars) for, but not limited to, energy conservation, alternative energy or renewable energy improvements to public building or facilities, the construction of walls or dikes for the protection of highways or property, the laying and relaying of water mains, and/or the cost of departmental equipment for the purposes of city departments including the Environment, Fire and Neighborhood Development Department, from the Committee on Ways and Means. No objection being heard, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was read once and passed; yeas 13. Assigned for further action.
