Councilor Ciommo called Docket #0548, message and order for a loan of $6,920,000.00 (Six Million Nine Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars) for the construction or reconstruction of bridges of stone or concrete or of iron superstructure and/or for the cost of engineering or architectural services for plans and specification, for the purposes city departments including the Public Works Department, from the Committee on Ways and Means. No objection being heard, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was read a second time and passed.
