Councilor Ciommo called Docket #0545, message and order for a loan of $5,605,000.00 (Five Million Six Hundred Five Thousand Dollars) for the traffic signal, or public lighting installations, and for the purpose of extending and improving such installation, and/or for the cost of engineering or architectural services for plans and specification for the purposes of city departments including the Public Works and Transportation Department, from the Committee on Ways and Means. No objection being heard, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was a second time and passed.
