Councilor Ciommo called Docket #0543, message and order for a loan of $32,195,000.00 (Thirty Two Million One Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Dollars) for the development, design, purchase and installation of computer hardware, computer software, other data processing equipment and computer assisted integrated financial management and accounting systems, for the acquisition of departmental equipment, and for fire alarm or police communication installations and for the purpose of extending and improving such installations for the purposes of city departments including the Department of Innovation and Technology, Library and School Department, from the Committee on Ways and Means. No objection being heard, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was read once and passed; yeas 13. Assigned for further action.
