Councilor Ciommo called Docket #0541, message and order for a loan of $37,215,000.00 (Thirty Seven Million Two Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollars) for the remodeling, reconstructing, or making extraordinary repairs to public buildings owned by the City, including original equipment and landscaping, paving and other site improvements incidental or directly related to such remodeling, reconstruction or repair, and/or for energy conservation, alternative energy or renewable energy improvements to public building or facilities, and/or for the installation of fire alarm systems including extending and improving such installation, for the purposes of city departments including the School Department, from the Committee on Ways and Means. No objection being heard, the matter was before the body. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, the order was read once and passed; yeas 13. Assigned for further action.
